squat:405,425,455, 475x1 ,455x1,435x1 -I seem to have lost some of my 1 rm ability ,475 moved good but did'nt feel right.maybe shoveling three driveways and tight hips are the issues.either way It was good to hit some heavy stuff

Suit Squats – Ugh…not what I was hoping for at all. I threw a little bit of a temper tantrum after I missed my second rep with 640 on my first set. You can ask anyone who knows me and they’ll tell you I usually don’t at act like that. I’m kind of glad it happened though. It shows I really care. I was just so frustrated because I know my I have the ability to squat that weight for a triple but I just could get focused and do it. I know if I can get focused I have a good squat in me.
1.5 board press – these were good. I ran into the rack pressing my last rep with 395 and that slowed me down a bit but it was still a solid 4 lb PR.
DB Bench – The 1.5 boards took about everything I had left in me and I missed a PR here by a rep.
