Friday SFA Exhibition
posted on 2010.03.20 20:52:53 So we went out to valley stream on the other side of the island and did an SFA exhibiton for a christian school out there. It went really well Praise God! every1 there was soo appreciative and soo cool and the kids were freakin awesome. From kindergarden to seniors all of the kids were really into it so it just made it sooo worth it. Chase started off with the strongman shoulder press and did over 200pds for 10 reps! than big black did 225 for 25 reps to the manpon. Than we got all interactive and had a time trial race between an awesome young man who ran wit 40 pd dbells and chase with the farmers walks!! than we finished up the lifting part wit me pulling 455 for 10 reps. This is PR praise God and any anxiety i had about pulling wit no chalk was for nothing lol. Chase and I both shared our testimony and we finished wit a short message. It really went well and they day ended @ the YFC dinner with John doing his thing and hopefully we gained some financial supports for SFA. Really productive blessed day thank u Jesus. Its such a blessing to work under John and have him as my mentor and best freind hes the best yo lol |
