We welcome any returns within 7 days of delivery.  Please notify us directly of any returns that you make.  Information-based products (books, DVD’s, etc) may not be returned after 7 days – exchanges only.  Products returned after 7 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Opened supplements may not be returned, but may be exchanged in some circumstances (past expiration, etc).

Services (TRAC, training programs, etc) are not eligible for refund.

No other warranty written or implied exists.  Manufacturer’s Warranty claims must be addressed to the manufacturers.
