So I'm an intermediate lifter. I maxed last time in 27 November and did 330/220/374 The I started a variation of the 5x5 scheme: Squat Bench Press Row
Front Squat Military Press Chinups
Deadlift Pushups Fat man rows
I did every lift for 5x5 and started with 220/154/242. I add 10 lbs to the squat and deadlift and 5 to the bench every week for 3 weeks and do a deload week on the 4th week. I am now doing 300/210/320 for 5x5. The only thing that I did that pertains to RTS is to note the RPEs and write them down. Should I change the program? Should I do the 3 volume weeks, 3 volume intensity using the protocols in the books? If so should I mantain the exercises or just change everything? I really want to know more about my body and programming but, well, this program has been good to me.
