Here we go...I am new to RTS, so if anyone notices anything out of line, please let me know haha. 24 December 2009 - Deads/Squats Deadlifts 135 x 5 225 x 3 315 x 1 420 x 5 @ 8 430 x 5 @ 10 415 x 5 @ 10 done. Box Squats against choked purple bands 135 x 5 135 x 5 225 x 5 @ 8 245 x 5 @ 9 245 x 5 @ 9 265 x 5 @ 9 285 x 5 @ 10 done. Good Mornings- close stance 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 225 x 5 Ab Wheel 3 x 10 done. Cardio - 15 minutes running on the treadmill done. Solid first session of RTS.
