What do you need help with? Want help determining weaknesses, force curve analysis, setting up the right program, technique correct, or even to watch a training session, this is what you're looking for. A consultation can ensure that you get expert advice on your training without having you sign up for an entire coaching package like TPC. This allows you to get expert input on your training and keep control of it yourself. This is good for those athletes that just need a push in the right direction.
How much time should I buy?
Thirty minutes is usually enough time to cover most topics. You may need longer times if you intend to have Mike observe a complete workout or if you need help designing an entire training program. For most other questions and concerns, 30 minutes should suffice.
Who should not buy?
If you have a simple question, then you should use the forum. If you are already an athlete in one of the other coaching packages, there is no need for you to pursue a consultation. If you have situation-specific questions, if you want an answer that is specific to your circumstances, or another similar condition, then a consultation is definitely worth your time.
How it works...
Purchase the quantity of time that you like (30 minute increments). In the comments box, include some general topics for your discussion (video analysis, programming help, etc). After your payment has been processed, Mike will contact you within a couple of days to schedule your consultation. You may schedule a skype call, a chat conversation, a phone call, an email discussion... basically something that works for you and your objectives for the consultation. In order to make sure you get all the information you need, we recommend a skype call. At the appointed time, the consultation will take place and you will get the high quality information you need to take your training to the next level!
